Museum of Broken Relationships is a globally recognized cultural space with two locations in Europe and Asia, and a growing digital collection dedicated to telling universal stories of love and loss through donated personal objects and narratives.
I crafted and led a content and digital strategy that deepened global engagement with the museum’s emotionally resonant mission. Through thoughtful storytelling and cohesive brand messaging, I helped grow the institution’s presence across social platforms.
By tracking analytics and applying audience insights, I continually refined our content strategy to improve performance. I also brought people together IRL by planning in-person events that created genuine connections with our community.
I drove e-commerce optimization through a series of targeted initiatives, including streamlining the online shopping experience, implementing data-driven marketing campaigns, and leveraging audience insights to increase conversion rates. These efforts not only boosted online sales but also enhanced visitor engagement, making the digital storefront a more dynamic and customer-friendly space.
Alongside this, I developed and nurtured strategic brand partnerships that aligned closely with the museum’s mission and values. By crafting authentic storytelling and coordinating visual messaging, I helped create collaborative campaigns that expanded reach and deepened connections with diverse audiences—resulting in mutually beneficial relationships that supported both brand growth and community engagement.
