I’ve worked across events like BuskerFest, Toronto International Film Festival, Hot Docs, Inside Out Festival, Animafest Zagreb, 25 FPS, and the World Congress of Science & Factual Producers, each one teaching me how to keep systems running, teams aligned, and experiences seamless in the face of constant change.

As Production Coordinator at BuskerFest, I juggled hospitality, catering, and transport for a rotating cast of international performers, executed sponsor activations based on brand specs, and drafted detailed production schedules that balanced dozens of moving parts.
At TIFF and Inside Out Festival, I worked directly with VIP donors and high-profile guests to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to curtain call. At Hot Docs, I served as an on-site liaison for industry forums, while the World Congress of Science & Factual Producers had me managing 40+ panels and a global guest list, handling remote logistics, real-time problem-solving, and a team of 15 volunteers with calm and precision.
